1.教学目标

(1)了解生活中的不同职业，学会用英语单词表达各种职业名称。

(2)能够看图与同伴谈论某人的职业，与同伴交流自己家人的职业、年龄等情况，培养英语交际能力。

(3)激活学生思维，学会用英语大胆表达自己的思想。

2.目标制定依据

(1)内容分析：本课为上海版牛津英语教材4A Module 1 Unit 3的第3课时，本单元的主题是谈论人物的职业，这个话题在上学期教材中也曾出现过，学生会表达、交流部分职业的名称。现在再次学习这个主题，出现了一些新单词，也出现了新的句式。这次的教学目标就是要在学生原有知识的基础上有新的收获，能用不同的句式来表达相同的意思，同时除了呈现教材上出现的内容，还要结合生活实际给学生补充相关内容，减少他们的交流障碍。

(2)学生实际：本班学生是我这学期才接手的一个新班。他们是从一年级开始学习英语的，应该说起点比较高，但我在教学中发现学生的英语运用能力不是很强。一个原因是由于平时缺少真实的运用英语的环境，另一个重要原因就是与我们平时的教学方式和要求有关系，在平时的课堂上，我们的学生被动应答的机会较多，缺乏主动发问的意识。因此本学期的研究重点就是培养学生主动发问的能力，增强主动与人交流的意识。同时，本单元教学内容是谈论职业，我们要抓住这个契机，引导学生关注身边的各种职业的人，懂得职业没有贵贱之分，不同职业的人在社会上发挥不同的作用，引导学生尊重他人，并树立正确的价值观和人生观。
